Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design processes including research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI delivery
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into clear and effective design decisions
  • Create high-quality UI designs, visual systems, components, and interaction experiences
  • Build advanced interactive prototypes using Figma, Framer, and the latest AI tools
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate, smooth, and high-quality implementation
  • Mentor and guide junior designers while contributing to team leadership and design reviews
  • Maintain design consistency, quality, and innovation across all products and platforms
  • Present design concepts and solutions clearly and confidently to stakeholders

Skills & Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
  • Strong visual design skills including layout, typography, color, and motion
  • Solid UX research expertise across both qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Expert proficiency in Figma with knowledge of modern AI-powered design tools
  • Strong prototyping and interaction design capabilities
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Diversified portfolio demonstrating visual design, UX thinking, prototypes, and system design

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience working with SaaS, D2C, or e-commerce products and platforms
  • Basic understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, Framer, and Webflow
