These Terms apply to all current and future Shopify applications developed or operated by EasyComm.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use our Services.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your Shopify account
  • Ensuring all information provided is accurate
  • All activity that occurs through your store while using our Services

3. Scope of Services

EasyComm provides Shopify applications that enable features such as (but not limited to):

  • Subscriptions and recurring billing
  • Loyalty and rewards programs
  • Product reviews and ratings
  • Wholesale and B2B pricing
  • Related analytics, automation, and integrations

Features may vary by app and plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

4. App Installation & Shopify Integration

Our Services integrate directly with the Shopify platform. By installing our apps, you authorize EasyComm to access and process store and customer data as required to provide the Services.

Your use of Shopify is also governed by Shopify’s Terms of Service.

5. Fees, Billing & Payments

  • Some Services are offered on a paid subscription basis.
  • Fees, billing cycles, and plan details are displayed at the time of purchase.
  • All payments are processed through Shopify Billing.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise.

We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Free Trials & Promotions

If a free trial is offered:

  • Access is provided for the stated trial period
  • Charges will begin automatically unless canceled before trial ends

Promotional offers may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

7. Data Usage & Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect data.

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws for your customers
  • EasyComm acts as a data processor for customer data

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt system security or performance

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services while your account is active.

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms or tools. EasyComm is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • Required fees are unpaid
  • Your use poses security, legal, or operational risks

You may uninstall the app at any time via Shopify. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Specific business outcomes or revenue results

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyComm disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • EasyComm shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim
